How a custom order works
All purchases are made directly with our founder on WhatsApp, so every order gets a personal quote, a design preview and clear delivery details.
Chat with our founder
Tap any “Order on WhatsApp” button. Tell us the piece, ayah or name you want and your preferred size. We’ll confirm the price.
Approve your design
Our artisans prepare a sketch in Thuluth or your chosen style. Size, layout and finish are agreed before carving starts.
Hand-carved in teak
Your piece is carved, sanded and finished by hand. Production usually takes around seven days after confirmation.
Packed and delivered
We pack it securely and ship it to you across India, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider Gulf, or worldwide.
