How do I buy or place an order?
All purchases are made directly with our founder on WhatsApp. Open any product, tap “Order on WhatsApp”, and we’ll confirm the design, size, price and delivery with you personally. There is no online checkout.
What sizes are available?
Every piece is available in any size. We commonly make a standard 19-inch round plaque, and can scale a design up or down to fit your wall, entrance or majlis. Tell our founder your size and we’ll quote accordingly.
What does Qalami specialize in?
Qalami creates handcrafted Islamic calligraphy and custom wooden art in teak wood, including Thuluth calligraphy, Qur’anic ayat, the names of Allah and custom Arabic names.
Are your carvings handmade?
Yes. Each artwork is made by hand, from sketching the design through carving and finishing.
Can I order a custom design or my own text?
Yes. Send us an ayah, dua, name or design and the size and layout you have in mind. We’ll share a sketch for approval before carving begins.
How long does it take to complete a carving?
Production is usually around seven days after confirmation. Larger or more complex designs may take longer; our founder will give you a timeline for your design.
Where do you deliver?
Qalami ships across India, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and other Gulf countries, and can arrange international delivery on request. Share your location and we’ll confirm courier options.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and courier. Contact us with your location for an estimate.
What type of wood do you use?
Qalami primarily uses teak wood, valued for its durability, natural grain and warm colour.
Can I return or get a refund for a custom piece?
Custom-made pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please confirm every detail, including text, size and finish, with our founder before the order is confirmed.
